Pattern: Create a custom design for chest and back protection.

Cutting & Sewing: Leather is cut into patterns and sewn with strong nylon thread. Ballistic inserts are sewn inside.

2. Finishing

Waterproofing: Apply wax/oil to make leather water-resistant.

Polishing: Buff for smooth, durable finish.
